Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at greysshopggr@gmail.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: AV Lola Flores, S/N, urbanización Medina Garden, Bloque 5, Bajo 1, Marbella, Málaga, CP 29660.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

In the rare event that you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same or different product within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.

Whether you are looking to return your product for a full refund/exchange, shipping costs are at your expense.
Any taxes/customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer, so please email for a quick and smooth return process.

We accept returns on all merchandise. Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached to ALL returns.

In a rare case, if you receive a damaged item, you MUST notify customer service by email or phone number within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations cannot be guaranteed...


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
